Brief Milestones

On the 23rd June 2013 our Franchising operations in the Middle-East was launched. Our Dubai Head Quarter had been up and running since over a year hosting our offices, large cold a dry stores, our call center, a training facility and our centralized production unit… we were finally in the position to provide the needed administrative and operational support to our expansion.

02-Oct-2013 five branches were sold in Abu Dhabi, U.A.E. under our first Area Development Agreement
28-Feb-2014 five branches were sold in Doha, Qatar under our first Area Development Agreement outside the U.A.E.

05-March-2015 three branches were sold in Ajman & Sharjah, U.A.E under the Area Development Agreement.

A flurry of inquiries has been received from all over the Middle-East and beyond; however it is about having a substantial experience in the F&B industry that really matters the most to us.

Franchise Agreement Duration

The initial term of the Franchise Agreement is five years from the date the Franchise Agreement is signed. The franchise is renewable for four additional terms of five years each, providing you have complied with the provisions of the Franchise Agreement.

Individual Start-Up (Only Available Within The U.A.E.)

Franchise fee for an individual unit USD 25,000.

Area Development

The Area Development agreement Franchise Fee is USD 75,000 for a number of 5 units, in addition to USD 12,500 as a Franchise Fee for each of the subsequent units under the Area Development agreement (units 2 to 5). The total is equivalent to USD 125,000/-

Royalty Fee

The continuing services, or "royalty fee," is 6% of your gross sales and is paid monthly. This fee entitles you to use the 800 PIZZA service mark, use of distinctive system, marketing assistance, ongoing business development and counseling, and other benefits that come with being an 800 PIZZA franchisee.

Advertising & Marketing Fee

The 800 PIZZA name and reputation is an important part of our business. You will spend at least 2% of your gross sales per month on local advertising. In addition, if we should establish fees for a Marketing Fund, you will be expected to make Marketing Fund contributions of up to 2% of your monthly gross sales.
